IKZF2 degrader-8 is an IKZF2 molecular glue degrader. IKZF2 degrader-8 binds to and alters the surface structure of the CRL4CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase, thereby recruiting and mediating the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of IKZF2. IKZF2 degrader-8 can be used for research on acute myeloid leukemia.
