Influenza NP (147-155) TFA
Influenza NP (147-155) TFA is an MHC class I-restricted cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) epitope derived from the nucleoprotein of influenza A virus. Influenza NP (147-155) TFA activates CTLs through peptide-MHC-I/TCR recognition, enabling CTLs to lyse target cells, and is efficiently recognized by Kd-restricted CTLs. Influenza NP (147-155) TFA prevents lethal heterosubtypic influenza A virus infection. Influenza NP (147-155) TFA can be used in influenza-related research.
