Result:Increased specific CSADCase immunoreactivity above that in normal untreated animals.
Enhanced CSADCase immunoreactivity intensity without changing the number of reactive cells.
Revealed sagittal microbands with seven reactive bands in the anterior lobe vermis (one midline band of 12-16 Purkinje cells across and three pairs of lateral bands of 18-24 cells).
Showed at least two bands in the hemispheres of lobules VI and VII varying from 8 to 18 Purkinje cells.
Showed at least 60-65% of Purkinje cells were CSADCase positive in the paraflocculus and flocculus.
