LDH-IN-6
LDH-IN-6 is a dehydrogenase inhibitor with an I50 of 69 µM against lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). LDH-IN-6 also inhibits glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) (I50 300 µM), glutamate dehydrogenase (Glu-DH) (I50 400 μM), and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) (I50 500 μM). LDH-IN-6 is useful for research on dehydrogenase-related diseases and can also serve as an intermediate for research related to organic synthesis.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
LDH-IN-6 is obtained by reduction of precursor compound 27 under acidic conditions; it can also be converted into candidate irreversible inhibitors of 4 dehydrogenases via acylation with suitable derivatives of PhSO2F[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
