Luciferase-IN-2 (compound 2e) inhibits purified Ultra-Glo luciferase with an IC₅₀ of 0.08 μM, while showing weaker inhibition of P. pyralis lucPpy (IC₅₀ 2.8 μM), with reduced potency in Kinase-Glo (IC₅₀ 5 μM), Kinase-Glo Plus (IC₅₀ 13.5 μM), and Kinase-Glo Max (IC₅₀ 12.7 μM)^[1].
