Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
m-PEG350-OH (0.4 mM) enables formation of compact, folded CatG4 G-quadruplexes in methanol, as confirmed by SAXS profiles consistent with globular, folded structures and an Rg of 1.3 nm[1].
m-PEG350-OH (5 mM; 30 min at room temperature) forms catalytically active supraG4zymes with CatG4 G-rich DNA and hemin in methanol, exhibiting peroxidase-like activity with a Vmax of 24.36 nM s-1 and Km of 0.370 mM for ABTS oxidation[1].
