M4K2234 negative control (50 μM; 24 h) is not cytotoxic to U2OS cells[1].
M4K2234 negative control (0.5-1 μM) does not inhibit BMP9-induced SMAD1/5/8 or SMAD2/3 phosphorylation in HEK293T cells at concentrations up to 1 μM[1].
M4K2234 negative control is inactive against BMP7-, activin A-, and TGF-β1-stimulated SMAD-dependent transcriptional reporters in HEK293 cells, with IC50s >10,000 nM[1].
