NI-0801 (EB 06) is a CXCL10 inhibitor with a K_d of 140 pM. NI-0801 blocks the CXCL10-CXCR3 interaction. NI-0801 selectively binds human CXCL10 but not CXCL9 or CXCL11, and inhibits CXCL10-induced calcium flux, chemotaxis, and lymphocyte transendothelial migration.
