Nutrient Broth
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Nutrient Broth is a microbiological culture medium. Nutrient Broth can be used to culture E. coli. Nutrient Broth does not support capsular polysaccharide production by E. coli O157:H7. E. coli O157:H7 cells grown in Nutrient Broth preferentially attach to the cut edges of lettuce leaves rather than to the intact surface.
