p-Aminophenyl phosphate sodium
p-Aminophenyl phosphate sodium is a substrate of alkaline phosphatase (Alkaline Phosphatase, ALP). p-Aminophenyl phosphate sodium is catalytically hydrolyzed and dephosphorylated by ALP under alkaline conditions to generate highly electroactive pAP. p-Aminophenyl phosphate sodium can be used in studies for real-time monitoring of ALP release from living cells.
