PF-07257876 is a CD47/PD-L1 bispecific antibody that preferentially targets tumor cells through high affinity for PD-L1 and low affinity for CD47. It simultaneously blocks the CD47-SIRPα innate immune checkpoint and the PD-L1/PD-1 adaptive immune checkpoint, thereby activating dendritic cells and macrophages, enhancing CD8⁺ T-cell infiltration within the tumor microenvironment, and synergistically mobilizing both innate and adaptive immunity to exert anti-tumor effects^[1]^[2].
