PI3K-IN-64
PI3K-IN-64 is an orally effective phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. PI3K-IN-64 inhibits tumor growth in vivo. PI3K-IN-64 produces synergistic effects when combined with Fulvestrant (HY-13636) and Palbociclib (HY-50767). PI3K-IN-64 can be used for research on breast cancer.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vivo
PI3K-IN-64 (Compound 1) (25 mg/kg; p.o.; once daily; 4 weeks) shows potent antitumor activity in the MCF-7 breast cancer xenograft model and exhibits synergistic effects in combination with Fulvestrant (HY-13636) and Palbociclib (HY-50767)[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
