Description

PRO-HD1 is a PROTAC HDAC6 degrader. PRO-HD1 degrades HDAC6 in A549 cells, and inhibits proliferation of Jurkat cells (IC₅₀: 5.8 μM)^[1]. (Pink: HDAC6 ligand (HY-175627); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-41547); Black: linker).

Anti-cancer

PRO-HD1 (500 nM-5 μM; 24 h) efficiently degrades HDAC6 in A549 cells, with nearly complete depletion observed at a 5 μM concentration after 24 h^[1].
PRO-HD1 (48 h) inhibits Jurkat cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner with an IC₅₀ of 5.80 μM^[1].
