Neuregulin-2 (NRG2)
Neuregulin-2 (NRG2), also known as GGF2, DON-1 and HRG2, is a close paralog of NRG1 that signals through ErbB3 and ErbB4 but has a distinct expression profile. NRG2 is enriched in the developing brain, cerebellum, heart, pancreas and prostate, where it supports neuronal survival, neurogenesis and epithelial differentiation. Unlike NRG1, it is expressed only weakly in Schwann cells and shows little involvement in peripheral myelination. NRG2 can also modulate certain EGF-receptor interactions in an inhibitory manner, and altered NRG2 expression has been reported in glioma and pancreatic disease models. Recombinant NRG2 provides a defined ErbB3/ErbB4 ligand for receptor-selective signaling studies.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
