SDF-1α (human) TFA
Based on 2 publication(s) in Google Scholar
SDF-1α (human) TFA is an endogenous CXC chemokine and the primary natural ligand of CXCR4. SDF-1α (human) TFA activates Gαi, MAP kinase, β-arrestin, and JAK/STAT signaling pathways, promoting chemotaxis of CXCR4-positive cells. SDF-1α (human) TFA induces receptor internalization and promotes cancer cell migration and invasion. SDF-1α (human) TFA promotes dental pulp cell migration and is required for osteogenesis, angiogenesis, and neurogenesis of dental pulp cells. SDF-1α (human) TFA is used in research on CXCR4-mediated diseases, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

In Vitro
SDF-1α (human) (0.76-4.91 nM) TFA activates Gi signaling in wild-type and mutant CXCR4-expressing cells in BRET assays[2].
SDF-1α (human) (10×10-9 M; 1 h) TFA can serve as an experimental stimulus and negative control condition for CXCR4 internalization in U2OS cells stably expressing EGFP-CXCR4[3].
SDF-1α (human) (200 ng/mL) TFA reduces the DPC growth rate[4].
SDF-1α (human) (50-100 ng/mL; 24 h) TFA promotes DPC migration[4].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
