Cat. No.: HY-158766
CAS No.: 94159-47-4
Purity:  99.72%
Synonyms: 3-Succinylated cholic acid
3-sucCA is an orally available bacterial bile acid that exerts anti-MASH effects by promoting the growth of Akkermansia muciniphila. By remodeling the intestinal microbiota and promoting the growth of Akkermansia, 3-sucCA can improve intestinal barrier damage and reduce chronic low-level inflammation, thereby alleviating the progression of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). 3-sucCA accelerates the synthesis of cell wall peptidoglycan and has in vivo efficacy in the mouse MAFL-MASH model. 3-sucCA levels are low in the MAFLD model and are mainly used in the study of MASH .

4-Guanidinobutanoic acid is a metabolite of arginine and an orally active SLC36A1/Hedgehog signaling pathway activator. 4-Guanidinobutanoic acid drives epithelial reprogramming, enhances intestinal stem cell function and goblet cell differentiation. 4-Guanidinobutanoic acid promotes the enrichment of Akkermansia muciniphila via mucus-dependent niche expansion, regulates intestinal homeostasis, and establishes a microbiota-host feedback loop. 4-Guanidinobutanoic acid exhibits anti-aging and healthspan-regulating properties. 4-Guanidinobutanoic acid can be used in research related to ulcerative colitis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy .

O-Glycoprotease is an O-glycoprotein-specific endoprotease that catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bonds directly adjacent to the O-polymer in native mucin-type O-glycosylated proteins. O-Glycoprotease sequence is from Akkermansia muciniphila, recombinantly expressed in E.coli, with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
The enzyme maintains high activity between pH 5.5-7.5 and is resistant to 1M NaCl, but is highly sensitive to EDTA (0.5 mM EDTA) and can be inhibited by Zn 2+.

Synonyms: LPS, from Akkermansia muciniphila
Lipopolysaccharides, from Akkermansia muciniphila (LPS, from Akkermansia muciniphila) are lipopolysaccharide endotoxins derived from Akkermansia muciniphila and are TLR-4 activators. Unlike typical LPS, Lipopolysaccharides, from Akkermansia muciniphila are R-type LPS or lipooligosaccharides (LOS), lacking the O-antigen domain and consisting only of a core oligosaccharide and a lipid A. Lipopolysaccharides, from Akkermansia muciniphila can activate TLR4 and TLR2, and may inhibit the TLR4/NF-κB pathway, thereby alleviating LPS-induced acute kidney injury .
It is recommended to prepare a solution with concentration ≥2 mg/mL. Vortex thoroughly for more than 10 minutes. Due to the adsorption characteristics of LPS, silanized container or low adsorption centrifuge tubes should be used for aliquoting and storage, and mix thoroughly before use.
