BI-1808 is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting human tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) (KD = 646 pM). BI-1808 inhibits Treg survival by blocking the interaction between TNFR2 and its ligand TNF-α, and via its IgG1 Fc segment binds FcγR to target and deplete intratumoral Tregs (ADCC/ADCP) and induce pro-inflammatory reprogramming of myeloid cells, ultimately activating CD8+ effector T cell-mediated tumor rejection. BI-1808 can produce synergistic antitumor effects with Pembrolizumab (HY-P9902). BI-1808 can be used for research in tumor immunity .
