ICL-CCIC-0019 inhibits choline uptake, mitochondrial respiration, TCA cycle flux, de novo fatty acid synthesis, and mitochondrial membrane potential, while inducing G1 phase arrest, ER stress, caspase-dependent apoptosis, AMPK activation, glycolysis, acetate uptake, and mitochondrial network disruption. ICL-CCIC-0019 can be used for cancer research .
