TJN-331 is a potent and orally active TGF-β1 Inhibitor. TJN-331 ameliorates anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) nephritis in rats by inhibitng TGF-β1 production, thereby reducing extracapillary proliferation in glomeruli.
