Cat. No.: HY-W923198
CAS No.: 480439-15-4
Synonyms: Methacryloyloxy fluorescein
Fluorescein O-methacrylate (Methacryloyloxy fluorescein) is a pH-responsive fluorescent monomeric dye. Fluorescein O-methacrylate exhibits pH-responsive fluorescence properties: its fluorescence is activated under alkaline conditions and quenched under neutral or acidic conditions; reversible switching of fluorescence is achievable by adjusting the pH of the solution. Fluorescein O-methacrylate can be used as a monomer for the synthesis of amphiphilic fluorescein polymers. These polymers can self-assemble into stable polymer nanoparticles with enhanced aqueous-phase fluorescence, and also enable the conjugation of nanoparticles with amine-containing biomolecules to support sensitive optical detection of biomarkers (Ex/Em = 490/520 nm) .

Lyso-MPCB is a two-photon fluorescent probe used for lysosomal pH detection and autophagy monitoring. Lyso-MPCB integrates a benzimidazole pH-responsive group and a morpholine lysosome-targeting group, enabling specific localization to lysosomes. The fluorescence properties of Lyso-MPCB change with protonation, exhibiting blue fluorescence under alkaline conditions and green fluorescence under acidic conditions .

CSMPP is a ratiometric lysosomal pH fluorescent probe with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties, which is used for real-time quantitative detection of lysosomal pH changes in living cells and in vivo. CSMPP has a cyanodistyrene backbone, and contains N-methylpiperazine and pyridine groups (pH-responsive); protonation of the pyridine group significantly enhances intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), leading to green fluorescence emission (Ex/Em = 405/503 nm) under neutral/basic conditions and red fluorescence emission (Ex/Em = 405/615 nm) under acidic conditions. CSMPP exhibits high selectivity, reversibility, good biocompatibility and excellent photostability .

Endo-pH is a cell-permeable, pH-responsive fluorescent probe based on BODIPY, with a pKa of 5.08. When pH decreases from 7.32 to 4.97, Endo-pH undergoes protonation under acidic conditions, resulting in a 79-fold increase in fluorescence intensity at 786 nm. The detection wavelengths of its protonated form are Ex/Em=688/786 nm, while the absorption wavelength of its non-protonated form is 745 nm. Endo-pH can be used for staining late endosomes in live cells and determining the fusion time of late endosomes and lysosomes .
