SIAIS630120-NC (PROTAC-11-NC) (10 nM for 4 consecutive days), the negative control of SIAIS630120 (PROTAC-11), exhibits no antiproliferative activity against HL60 and MOLT4 hematologic tumor cells and completely lacks NAMPT degradation activity^[1].
