Sirt1/2-IN-6
Sirt1/2-IN-6 is a SIRT1/2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 5.3 μM and 2.2 μM, respectively. Sirt1/2-IN-6 induces a dose-dependent increase in acetylated α-Tubulin levels. Sirt1/2-IN-6 can be used for hepatocellular carcinoma research.

In Vitro
Sirt1/2-IN-6 (10-40 μM; 36 h) increases acetylated α-tubulin levels in HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
