STK3-IN-1
STK3-IN-1 is an ATP-binding site inhibitor of STK3. STK3-IN-1 blocks the enzymatic activity of STK3 with an IC50 of 3.52 nM. STK3-IN-1 also exhibits inhibitory activity against STK4, a homolog closely related to STK3, with an IC50 of 14.73 nM.
