Description
In Vitro
Tn5 Transposase is a core component of the nanoCUT&Tag workflow, enabling low-input epigenomic profiling of histone modifications and transcription factors in FANS-enriched brain nuclei[2].
Tn5 Transposase efficiently fragments high-molecular-weight DNA into 400-500 bp fragments in vitro[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
