Vanin-1-IN-6
Vanin-1-IN-6 (Compound Ex. 26) is a potent Vanin-1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.2 nM. Vanin-1-IN-6 reduces cysteamine production by inhibiting the Vanin-1 enzyme, preventing oxidative stress caused by glutathione depletion, thereby alleviating tissue damage and inflammation. Vanin-1-IN-6 can be used in research on Vanin-related diseases (Crohn's disease, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases).
