VEGFR-2-IN-92
VEGFR-2-IN-92 is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.208 μM). VEGFR-2-IN-92 occupies the inactive conformation of VEGFR-2 to inhibit its kinase activity, thereby disrupting the Cyclin D1-CDK4/6-Rb signaling axis and the p-FAK-related survival pathway, ultimately leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells. VEGFR-2-IN-92 can be used for research on colorectal cancer.
