VEGFR-2-IN-96
VEGFR-2-IN-96 is a selective type II VEGFR-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 56 nM) and exhibits selective antiproliferative activity against cancer cells. VEGFR-2-IN-96 inhibits VEGFR-2 phosphorylation, downregulates VEGF‑A secretion, induces apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest, and inhibits cancer cell migration. VEGFR-2-IN-96 can be used in research related to hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer.
