YH-685
YH-685 is a cytochrome bd oxidase (Cyt-bd) inhibitor. YH-685 enhances the inhibitory effect of Cyt-bcc inhibitors on planktonic and intracellular Mycobacterium tuberculosis by targeting the terminal oxidase of the mycobacterial electron transport chain. YH-685 can be used for research on tuberculosis.
