MMV367
MMV367 is an orally effective inhibitor of Plasmodium falciparum acyl coenzyme A synthetase 10/11. MMV367 interferes with acyl coenzyme A synthetase function and parasite metabolism. MMV367 exhibits rapid parasiticidal activity and antimalarial effects against blood-stage Plasmodium falciparum, with no cross-resistance to existing antimalarial agents. MMV367 can be used in research related to Plasmodium falciparum malaria.
