Laccase-IN-7
Laccase-IN-7 is a laccase inhibitor (IC50 0.064 mM). Laccase-IN-7 disrupts fungal redox homeostasis, leading to oxidative damage. Laccase-IN-7 induces intracellular ROS accumulation, fungal cell membrane damage, apoptosis-like programmed cell death, and disruption of mycelial morphology and ultrastructure. Laccase-IN-7 exhibits broad-spectrum fungicidal activity against plant pathogenic fungi and inhibits sclerotial germination of S. rolfsii. Laccase-IN-7 has protective efficacy against peanut stem rot. Laccase-IN-7 can be used for research on peanut stem rot.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Antifungal agent 185 (0-20 mg/L; 72 h) completely inhibits sclerotial germination of S. rolfsii at concentrations ≥5 mg/L, disrupts mycelial morphology and cellular ultrastructure, and induces membrane damage and intracellular ROS accumulation in hyphae[1].
Antifungal agent 185 (5 mg/L; 8 h) significantly alters the transcriptome of S. rolfsii, including upregulating SS1G-05112 and downregulating SS1G-00974[1].
Antifungal agent 185 (100-200 mg/L; 7 days after inoculation) exhibits high protective efficacy against S. rolfsii on peanut seedlings, with a protective efficacy of 84.66% at 200 mg/L[1].
