Antiviral agent-90 inhibits MAYV replication at a post-entry intracellular stage, potentially affecting viral RNA replication complex formation, nonstructural protein processing, and/or viral protein synthesis or assembly. Antiviral agent-90 exhibits no significant activity against CHIKV or ZIKV.
