AZ-007
AZ-007 is a thiophene-2-carboximidamide fragment that binds to the 14-3-3σ/p53pT387 protein-protein interaction interface. AZ-007 is confirmed by X-ray crystallography to bind to the interfacial water network region between 14-3-3σ and the p53pT387 peptide, and it possesses interface selectivity. AZ-007 can be used in research related to the development of selective 14-3-3/p53 protein-protein interaction stabilizers.
