- Molecular Weight:(144.20 kDa)
Biological Activity: Radretumab is a human antibody used for imaging and radioimmunotherapy. Radretumab binds with high affinity to the oncofetal ED-B fibronectin isoform in tumor blood vessels and the extracellular matrix, preferentially localizing to tumor blood vessels without affecting normal tissues. Radretumab can be used in research on brain metastases of solid cancers, teratocarcinoma, and relapsed hematologic malignancies[1][2][3].
