Biological Activity: PDE3A/B-IN-2 is a PDE3A/B inhibitor with IC50 values of 280 nM and 270 nM, respectively. PDE3A/B-IN-2 inhibits tumor cell proliferation and modulates the formation of PDE3A-SLFN12 and PDE3B-SLFN12 complexes. PDE3A/B-IN-2 is also a molecular glue (molecular glue). PDE3A/B-IN-2 can be used for cancer research[1].
