Chemical Structure
Biological Activity: Mibavademab (REGN4461) is a LEPR agonist monoclonal antibody. Mibavademab activates leptin receptor (leptin receptor) and LEPR signaling, enhances leptin (leptin)-induced STAT3 activity without competing with leptin binding, and binds with high affinity to the human LEPR extracellular domain. Mibavademab can be used for research on leptin deficiency[1][2].
