- CAS No.: 23911-26-4
- Formula:C14H19N3O8
- Molecular Weight:357.32
IUPAC Name: bis(2-(2,6-dioxomorpholino)ethyl)glycine
InChIKey: RAZLJUXJEOEYAM-UHFFFAOYSA-N
SMILES: O=C(CN(CCN1CC(OC(C1)=O)=O)CCN2CC(OC(C2)=O)=O)O
Biological Activity: DTPA anhydride is a bifunctional chelator precursor, and its anhydride group can react with primary amino groups in peptides, proteins, or polymers to form stable amide bonds, covalently linking the DTPA chelating scaffold to target molecules. DTPA anhydride reacts with the free amino termini of minigastrin and DGlu1-minigastrin to form DTPA-peptide conjugates without side-chain protection, and the resulting DTPA-conjugates can also bind radionuclides to synthesize radionuclide-labeled drug conjugates (RDCs). RDCs possess the ability to specifically target biomolecules and can be applied in medical imaging[1][2][3][4].
