Biological Activity: Mezigdomide derivative-1 (CC-92480 derivative-1) is a chiral α-methylglutarimide analog of Mezigdomide (HY-129395) and belongs to the CELMoD (CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase modulator) class. After the introduction of a methyl group to lock the chirality, Mezigdomide derivative-1 almost completely loses CRBN binding and Aiolos protein degradation activity, indicating that this chiral site does not tolerate methyl substitution. Mezigdomide derivative-1 can be used for structure-activity relationship studies[1].
