Biological Activity: LRRK2-IN-24 is an orally active, blood-brain barrier-penetrant and selective LRRK2 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.03 nM). LRRK2-IN-24 inhibits the activity of LRRK2 kinase against wild-type and G2019S mutant forms, and reduces the ratio of phosphorylated LRRK2 to total LRRK2 in mouse hippocampus and cortex. LRRK2-IN-24 can be used in research related to Parkinson's disease[1].
