Biological Activity: Phos-FLAG is a phosphine probe containing the Flag peptide. Phos-FLAG undergoes Staudinger ligation with azido groups metabolically incorporated into cell surface glycans and organ glycoproteins, enabling quantitative analysis of the presence of cell surface azides. Phos-FLAG detects azide-labeled glycans in isolated cells and organ lysates[1].
