CCBT-T-226 is a BRD4-BD2 inhibitor with a Kd of 1.3 μM. CCBT-T-226 binds the conserved acetyl-lysine recognition site of BRD4-BD1 with reduced affinity. CCBT-T-226 has a Kd of 9 μM for BRD4-BD1. CCBT-T-226 exhibits domain selectivity for BRD4-BD2 over BRD4-BD1.
