CH1055-PEG
CH1055-PEG is a water-soluble PEG-modified second near-infrared (NIR-II) small-molecule fluorescent dye. CH1055-PEG can be used in studies such as in vivo fluorescence imaging, tumor-targeted tracing, lymph node imaging, and image-guided surgery (λAbs/λem : 750/1055 nm).

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
CH1055-PEG exhibits photostability in water, PBS, and serum[6].
CH1055-PEG (up to 1.5 mM; 36 h) shows no observable cytotoxicity in U87MG cells in the MTS assay[6].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
In Vivo
CH1055-PEG (100 μg; i.v.; single dose) enables non-invasive, high-definition cerebrovascular imaging in female C57BL/6 mice[6].
CH1055-PEG (300 μM, 10 μL; s.c.; single dose; 24 h) enables sentinel lymph node and lymphatic vessel imaging and, over time, passive tumor-targeted imaging in immunodeficient nude mice bearing shoulder U87MG xenograft tumors[6].
CH1055-PEG (100 μg; i.v.; single dose; 72 h) enables clear imaging of deep brain tumors through the intact scalp and skull in an orthotopic nude mouse glioma model[6].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:BALB/c mice (8-week-old; male)[6]
-
Dosage:100 μg
-
Administration:i.v.; single dose; monitored continuously for 24 h
-
Result:Generated a strong fluorescence signal in the bladder within a few minutes after injection, while the liver exhibited only weak fluorescence.
Excreted approximately 90% of the injected dose through urine within 24 hours, demonstrating excellent rapid renal clearance characteristics.
-
Animal Model:immunodeficient nude mice inoculated with U87MG cells subcutaneously on the shoulder to build xenografts[6]
-
Dosage:10 μL (300 μM)
-
Administration:s.c.; single dose; monitored continuously for 24 h
-
Result:Clearly visualized lymphatic vessels and inguinal lymph nodes immediately after injection with an extremely high signal-to-background ratio and very low background scattering.
Began to accumulate and emit fluorescence in the tumor at 5-7 hours post-injection, and the tumor fluorescence became extremely prominent after 24 hours, achieving passive targeted long-term imaging of the tumor.
-
Animal Model:nude mice (8-week-old; female) were stereotactically injected with U87MG cells at a depth of 2.5-4 mm in the left brain hemisphere to build orthotopic glioblastoma[6]
-
Dosage:100 μg
-
Administration:i.v.; single dose; monitored continuously for 72 h
-
Result:Successfully penetrated the intact scalp and skull to clearly display the deep brain tumor 6 hours after injection, with a signal-to-background ratio of 3.2.
Achieved a tumor-to-normal tissue signal ratio of 5.50 after 72 hours, realizing high-contrast non-invasive imaging.
