Coumarin-based kinetic stabilizer-1
Coumarin-based kinetic stabilizer-1 is an immunoglobulin light chain dimer stabilizer (human EC50 = 1880 nM) that stabilizes native LC dimers by binding to the VL-VL interface, reduces misfolding and proteolysis, and prevents aggregation of amyloidogenic light chains. Coumarin-based kinetic stabilizer-1 can be used in research on immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis.
