CP-LC-0729 (10:1 ionizable lipid/RNA weight ratio) encapsulates circRNA-Oligo (dT), with a diameter of 89.93 nm, a PDI of 0.2912, a zeta potential of −11.03 mV, and an encapsulation efficiency of 90.47%^[5].
CP-LC-0729 (0.15 mmol; 2 h) is synthesized and characterized by HPLC-CAD, mass spectrometry, and ¹H NMR, with a theoretical [M+H]⁺ of 740.63 and an observed [M+H]⁺ of 740.85^[1].
