DDB1 ligand-3 (2-{1-[3-cyano-5-(difluoromethyl) phenyl]pyrazol-4-yl}-N-(5-cyclopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl) propanamide Enantiomer 2) induces CCNK degradation in HEK293T cells with Nluc-tagged CCNK: DC₅₀ < 1 nM; and exhibits potent cytotoxic activity in two breast cancer cell lines: Hs-578T EC₅₀ of 1-10 nM and BT-474 EC₅₀ of 1-10 nM^[1].
