DDB1 ligand-4
DDB1 ligand-4 (compound 24) is a molecular glue that acts as a DNA damage-binding protein 1 (DDB1) ligand. DDB1 ligand-4 induces conformational changes by binding to the active site of CDK12/13, stabilizing the interaction between CDK12/13:CCNK and the cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complex (DDB1:CUL4B) independently of a specific substrate receptor, thereby mediating the degradation of CCNK. DDB1 ligand-4 can be used for cancer research.
