DEL-I25
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
DEL-I25 is a potent GPX4 activator. The Kd values of DEL-I25 for human GPX4WT and GPX4R152H are 110 μM and 2 μM, respectively. DEL-I25 protects cells from ferroptosis (ferroptosis). DEL-I25 can be used in research on skin photoaging and Sedaghatian-type spondylometaphyseal dysplasia.

In Vitro
DEL-I25 (48 h) selectively increases RAG03 lymphoblast viability and rescues them from ferroptosis, with an EC50 of 2 μM[1].
DEL-I25 (200 μM; 30 min) selectively increases and restores GPX4R152H enzymatic activity in lysates of Gpx4-knockout Pfa-1 mouse cells expressing human GPX4R152H[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
