The scramble control ASO (12.5 mg/kg; i.p.; twice weekly; 1-4 weeks) does not alter pancreatic or whole-brain GABA-T mRNA expression, glucoregulatory measures in lean mice, or leptin sensitivity in obese mice, confirming the specificity of the GABA-T-targeted ASO^[1].
