Gocatamig is a (scFv-heavy-lamdba)-VH-VH'-type chimeric humanized antibody targeting CD3E/ALB/DLL3. Gocatamig binds DLL3 on tumor cells, recruits T cells, induces T cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and redirects T cells to mediate antitumor activity. Gocatamig can be used in research related to small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, and neuroendocrine tumors.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Juakat cells with Gocatamig (HY-P990920, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
