GSPT1 degrader-22 is a cereblon (CRBN)-recruiting molecular glue degrader containing a glutarimide scaffold, which promotes the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of GSPT1 via the CUL4CRBN E3 ligase. GSPT1 degrader-22 can be used for research on hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
