Hemicholinium-3 bromo mustard
Hemicholinium‑3 bromo mustard (HC3-BrM) is a nitrogen mustard derivative of hemicholinium-3 (HC-3) and acts as an inhibitor of the sodium-dependent high-affinity choline uptake system. Hemicholinium-3 bromo mustard cyclizes to form a highly reactive bis-aziridinium intermediate. Hemicholinium-3 bromo mustard is used in research on choline transporter-related diseases.
